Fungsi: Untuk menyatakan suatu kejadian yang akan sedang terjadi pada waktu yang akan datang


Keterangan waktu

• by this time tomorrow
• at all tomorrow

Contoh: 

1. The Children will be doing the test by this time next week
2. Will you be reading this magazine next week?

Past Continous Tense

Pola: 

S+ was/were+ V-ing	When	S+Vn
S+ was/were+ V-ing	While	S+ was/were+ V-ing

Fungsi: Untuk menyatakan suatu kejadian yang sedang terjadi pada waktu lampau pada waktu kejadian yang lain

Keterangan waktu

• when
• while

Contoh:

1. The teacher was explain the lesson when the headmaster entered the classroom.
2. The farmers were feeding the chickens while the children were cleaning the cages.
3. When the owner was skeeping,  the thief broke in.
